Shipping and payment

Shipping:

We utilize the local postal service in your country for shipping, ensuring each order comes with a tracking number and insurance for added security.

Typically, shipping takes around 1 week to most countries. However, there might be some exceptions due to slower local handling.

Payment:

We offer convenient payment options, accepting all major credit cards through Stripe and wire transfers via invoice. For EU companies wanting to use their VAT-ID, please get in touch with us. Additionally, we are open to discussing other payment methods upon request.

Please note that all orders must be fully paid before we commence shipping.

Return & Refund Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we accept returns within 30 days of product receipt. For a return to be eligible, the product must be in new and unused condition. Before initiating a return, please contact us for guidance. Kindly note that return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.

Refunds can be processed as long as the order has not been fully completed. Once the order is finalized, refunds are no longer possible. We aim to complete the refund process within 14 days.

Lead Times:

While we strive to maintain a stock of switches, high demand might make it challenging to always have them readily available. For non-stock items, expect lead times of around 3 weeks.
